The exclusive Luxury Marble Side Table by Casa Padrino is made entirely of solid stone and finished with a satin polish, no veneer, no coating. Its blocky, architectural form looks as if cut straight out of a building and deliberately sets green onyx against rosé coloured marble. At around 38 kg it carries the rich weight of genuine natural stone, a mark of quality you feel with every touch.

The stone
Two natural stones meet here: Indian Green Onyx, a green onyx with light, lively banding and cream coloured veins, and Rosalia Pink, a rosé coloured marble whose tones range from delicate powder pink to warm dusky rose. Every table is cut from its own blocks of stone, so no two are alike: colour and pattern vary from piece to piece, and every table is unique.

Placement and effect
Next to sofa or armchair the side table carries lamp, books and glasses at 51 cm in height, yet it also holds its own freely in the room as a small piece of stone architecture. The colour duo of green and rosé brings life into calm, light interiors and harmonises just as well with velvet, brass and dark wood.

Care and notes
A soft, dry cloth is all it takes for cleaning; abrasives and harsh cleaners have no place on the polished surface. Use coasters under glasses and bottles, as acids such as wine, juice or citrus leave dull stains on polished natural stone. Always lift the table to move it, never push it across the floor. Make sure it stands on a level, load-bearing floor, as solid natural stone is heavy.
