Casa Padrino Luxury Bed Headboard E – A Line of Decorative Nails, Nothing Else

This Casa Padrino luxury bed headboard works with exactly one design device: a row of decorative nails running parallel to the curved top edge. No quilting, no buttons, no pattern. The entire surface stays smooth.

This restraint is harder to achieve than it looks. A smoothly covered headboard of this size shows every flaw: a slight ripple in the fabric, a seam that does not follow the arc, an edge not cleanly turned. There is no pattern behind which anything could hide.

The row of nails takes over the entire drawing instead. It is set in about a hand's width from the edge, follows the curve above and the verticals at the sides, and thus encloses an invisible field. Close up it is the only detail that shines.

Stone grey is lighter and cooler than taupe but far from white. The tone suits pale wooden floors, linen in natural colours and rooms that live on daylight particularly well.

Construction as throughout the series: solid wood body with dimensionally stable polyester foam. A smooth headboard is the easiest design to maintain in hotel operation, because nothing collects in a quilting fold.

Delivery includes the headboard only, without a bed. On request we produce it in other colours, sizes and fabric variants; with a dark cover and a bright row of nails the contrast becomes considerably stronger.
