The exclusive Luxury Iron Greenhouse Silver 160 x 244 x H. 296 cm by Casa Padrino is an extraordinary work of art that unites expressive form, fine craftsmanship and luxurious design. With its richly detailed modelling and its noble presence it becomes a stylish highlight in any living or business ambience.

The motif
A walk-in greenhouse in the style of Victorian orangeries: a gabled roof with a ridge of twisted finials, running scrollwork bands in the parapet fields, a tall round-arched door in the gable end. The structure stands on a closed plinth band, all surfaces left open.

Craftsmanship and finish
The structure comes as an iron framework, without glazing: it can be used as a frame for climbing plants or closed later according to one's own ideas. All ornamental bands are bent and fitted individually. The frame is bent by hand from round iron, welded and dressed, the ornaments applied one by one. Finally the piece is primed and lacquered in several layers, the last layer taken back slightly at the edges so that the surface looks used.

Placement and effect
At almost three metres high and 244 cm deep the greenhouse is a structure and not a piece of furniture: it sets the end point of a garden axis, stands centrally on a lawn or forms a walk-in rose pavilion. A level, load-bearing base is a precondition.

Material and care
The furniture is made for outdoors and tolerates sun and rain. Over the winter it should be stored dry or covered, which noticeably extends the life of the lacquer. Small scratches can be touched up with a lacquer pen, stubborn dirt comes off with water and a soft brush.
