Casa Padrino Luxury Luggage Rack Folding Suitcase Stand in Beech Wood with Textile Straps Natural / Anthracite 70 x 41 x H. 61 cm

This folding luggage rack by Casa Padrino brings the quiet confidence of a well run house into any room. The pale, untreated beech wood and the webbing of five anthracite straps in hard wearing woven fabric create a warm, understated look that suits a contemporary interior just as well as a classically furnished guest room.

The frame is made of solid beech, a hardwood traditionally used for seating and folding furniture because it takes weight without looking heavy. The scissor construction is riveted at the crossing points and opens smoothly, and the straps are wide enough to carry heavy trolley cases safely. At 61 cm the case sits at a comfortable working height: packing and unpacking needs no stooping, and there is room for a second piece of luggage underneath.

Folded, the rack is only a few centimetres deep and disappears behind the door, in the wardrobe or under the bed. That is what makes it so practical for hotels, boutique hotels, guest houses and holiday apartments: ready when guests arrive, out of the way when it is not needed. At home it spares the bed linen and the upholstered stool that usually end up carrying the suitcase.
