At around 75 cm in height and about 16.5 kg in weight, the stylized female figure brings a calm, physical presence into the room, whether on a low pedestal, on a chest of drawers or directly on the floor.

The motif
The female figure is reduced to the essentials: soft, flowing curves instead of elaborated details. It is precisely this restraint that makes the sculpture so timeless; it appears archaic and modern at once and fits into very different interior styles.

Material and craftsmanship
Every piece is shaped by hand from clay and fired, and the surface remains untreated, showing the warm, earthy terracotta tone. As no serial mould is used, dimensions and colour tone vary from piece to piece, roughly 30-40 x 25-35 cm at 65-75 cm in height. Every sculpture is unique.

Care and notes
Terracotta is not frost-proof, so the sculpture belongs indoors or in a sheltered spot. Dry dusting with a soft cloth is all it takes for cleaning; it is best to avoid water and cleaning agents. Make sure it stands on a level, stable surface.
