The exclusive Luxury Side Table Congo by Casa Padrino is made of solid mindi wood and carries a warm brown tone in a roasted coffee finish. The round top with Ø 50 cm rests on a sculptural base that turns the table into an object in its own right from every angle. At around 19.3 kg it stands firmly and securely.

Material and craftsmanship
Mindi wood is a solid, evenly grown wood whose fine grain shows beautifully in the dark roasted coffee finish. As a natural material every piece displays its own growth, and small variations in colour and grain are part of it, making every table an individual piece. Top and base are solidly crafted, no veneer.

Placement and effect
Next to sofa or armchair the side table carries lamp, books and glasses at 60 cm in height, yet it also works freely in the room as a small wooden sculpture on which a single decorative object is all it takes. The warm brown tone suits light natural shades as well as dark, muted interiors with leather and brass.

Care and notes
Solid wood wants dry care: a soft, dry cloth is all it takes for cleaning, and wet cloths and harsh cleaners have no place on the surface. Use coasters under glasses and bottles and keep the table out of direct sunlight so the tone does not fade. Lift the table to move it, never push it across the floor.
