The exclusive Luxury Side Table Artemis by Casa Padrino is made entirely of solid stone. Its archaic, organic form looks as if shaped by wind and water over a long time, a piece of furniture between sculpture and table. At 48 kg it carries the rich weight of genuine natural stone, a mark of quality you feel with every touch.
Material and workmanship
The table is made of green sandstone with a matt surface that preserves the natural, earthy character of the stone. Every table is worked from its own block of stone, so no two are alike: shade and texture vary from piece to piece, and every table is unique.
Placement and effect
At 76 cm wide and 55 cm high the table stands next to sofa or armchair, yet it also works freely in the room or against the wall as a sculpture in its own right, on which a single decorative object is all it takes. The deep green brings an earthy, calm tone into light interiors and harmonises with natural tones, linen and dark wood.
Care and notes
A soft, dry cloth is all it takes for cleaning; abrasives and harsh cleaners have no place on the matt stone surface. Use coasters under glasses and bottles, as liquids and acids can leave stains on natural stone. Always lift the table to move it, never push it across the floor. Make sure it stands on a level, load-bearing floor, as solid natural stone is heavy.
