The exclusive Luxury Console Table by Casa Padrino is made of recycled elm wood. Every board carries its grown structure and the traces of use from past decades as character, and no piece resembles another. At 170 cm in length and a slim 40 cm in depth, the console table draws a striking line along the wall and also fits where its bigger sister at 215 cm would be too long.

Material and workmanship
The elm wood comes from old stock and is reworked for this piece of furniture. Cracks, knotholes and colour nuances remain deliberately visible; they tell the story of the wood and make every console unique. The natural tone lets the lively grain of the elm speak for itself. At 39.5 kg the console stands solid and stable.

Placement and effect
At 170 cm in length and 80 cm in height, the console holds its own in the hallway, behind the sofa or in the dining room. Lamps, books, vases and treasured finds all have plenty of room on it. The natural coloured reclaimed wood grounds modern interiors, harmonises with linen, leather and natural tones and sets a warm counterpoint against smooth white walls.

Care and notes
A soft, dry cloth is all it takes for cleaning; harsh cleaners and abrasives have no place on the wood. Direct sunlight and the immediate vicinity of radiators should be avoided so the reclaimed wood does not fade or move excessively. Use coasters under glasses and bottles to protect the surface. Slight movement and fine cracks are natural in recycled wood and no defect.
