The exclusive Luxury Vase by Casa Padrino presents the Herrison model: a large, rounded vase made of untreated terracotta. At about Ø 37 x H. 46 cm and around 7 kg it is a weighty vessel with presence, whose warm earthy tone instantly calls Mediterranean courtyards to mind.

Material and workmanship
Terracotta is fired clay whose natural coloured, open pored surface is left uncoated here. As a natural material, terracotta makes every vessel one of a kind: shade and surface vary, and the dimensions also differ slightly per piece, roughly 33 to 37 cm in diameter and 42 to 46 cm in height. It is exactly this irregularity that gives the vase its artisanal character.

Use
On the floor next to fireplace, shelf or console the rounded vase already works as an object on its own. Large dried branches, olive or eucalyptus branches underline the Mediterranean tone. For fresh flowers a watertight insert is recommended, as uncoated terracotta can absorb moisture. The warm natural tone harmonises with linen, light wood and white walls.

Care and notes
A soft, dry cloth or gentle dusting is all it takes for cleaning; avoid harsh cleaners. The vase is intended for dry indoor rooms. At around 7 kg, always lift it with both hands by the body when moving it and make sure it stands stable and level.
