Material and workmanship
The vase is made of fired earthenware and carries the Old White glaze, a broken, antique looking white that appears softer than pure white. Glazes develop slightly differently on every piece during firing: small irregularities are no flaw but make each item individual.

Use
On a sideboard, dining table or windowsill the wide shape already works with a few branches or dried grasses, yet it also functions empty as a calm decorative object. The broken white suits light, natural interiors as well as country house and wabi sabi styles.

Care and notes
A soft, dry cloth is all it takes for cleaning; abrasives and harsh cleaners can attack the glaze. For fresh flowers with water a watertight inner vessel is recommended. Use a pad on delicate surfaces.
